Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

We offer returns for every order made on www.bolgherello.it within 14 days from the day of delivery.

Products should be returned inside the original packaging. The refund will be made within 14 working days from the date we received the return. Refunds will be arranged according to the original payment method.


PROCEDURE

  1. Contact Bolgherello, sending an email to shoppingonline@bolgherello.it, indicating the order number, the product you would like to ask the return and your address.

  2. Put inside the original packaging the product you would like to return

  3. Send the product to Bolgherello s.n.c. Via del Casone Ugolino 24, 5022 Castagneto Carducci (LI), with an own choosing vector (within 14 days from the date of the communication of the return decision)

  4. Wait for the refund (withing 14 days)

It is not possible to return the following product categories:

  1. Personalized or customized products

  2. Products which risk to deteriorate or expire soon

  3. Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons or for any reason connected to the health protection and products opened after the delivery (for example: body lotions, cosmetic products in general, perfumes).
